Order & Shipping
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
NOVELLE partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as America, China, India, etc.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take few weeks to arrive. The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. Once shipment is already loaded on the plane, estimated delivery is 3-15 business days for United States and up to 20 business days internationally.
This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 6 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 1-3 business days to be generated. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email via this form or at support@getnovelle.com
You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 1 to 3 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days, kindly send us an email via this form or at support@getnovelle.com
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will will be shipped separately. The second item in the order must be in transit, as many times multiple items gets shipped at different times. So these items arrive in separate shipments at separate times.
Exchange & Return
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 10 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met Getnovelle.com reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in new condition
- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the store address.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund.
We'll process a refund after we receive and process your return.
For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 1 to 3 business days for us to process your return
The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
